 PAYMENT TERMS 

【Applicable to new bookings only　Effective from March-01-2021】  

■ Individuals : 1. 10％ of the cruise rate per person is due within 14 days of the reservation 2. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure date.  

■ Groups (Half yacht or more): 

1. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of US$1,500 accompanied by a signed contract is required within 14 days of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

【Applicable to new bookings only　Effective from March-01-2021】  

■ Individuals: If a cancellation is made 1) 61 days or more prior to departure, deposit is forfeited. 2) 60 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the cruise rate is forfeited and no refund is available.  

■ Groups (half yacht or more): 1)61 days or more prior to departure, US$ 1,500 deposit is forfeited. 2)60 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.  

■ REDUCED – Groups (Half boat or more): If the number of passengers is reduced from the original reservation the followings apply: 

1. More than 4 months prior to departure, if no. of passengers is reduced by 20%, it will result in loss of complimentary space(s) accordingly. 

2. 60 days or less prior to departure, if no. of passenger(s) is reduced, 100% of the rate per person is forfeited and there will be a reduction/loss of free space(s)  

■ Reduction of Group Contract and Loss of Free Spaces Once a deposit has been made, the charterer becomes financially responsible for the charter. In the event the charterer cannot fulfill the contracted commitment for a whole boat charter and drops to a half boat charter, there will be a loss of free spaces according to our policy. If charter drops below half boat charter, all free spaces will be forfeited. In addition, all cancellation terms apply, regardless of the charter status, which are non-refundable and non-transferable. Penalties must be settled with final payment of 60 days prior to the departure date.   

■ RISK FREE BOOKING DURING THE COVID-19 WORLDWIDE CRISIS During the Covid-19 worldwide crisis, we offer a free re-scheduling of your trip within 24 months without penalty subject to us receiving a notice in writing 45 days and/or more prior to departure date. This policy may be changed without a prior notice.  

■ DISCLAIMER During the COVID-19 worldwide crisis, there may be chance that we are forced to cancel our cruise due to various reasons, i.e. governmental restrictions, insufficient number of guests to operate the cruise, etc. In the event of cancellation, we are to be exempted from any expenses incurred to guests, i.e. airfares, ground transportation fees, hotel cancellations, etc. This will be notified no later than 45 days prior to the cruise.
